Rob Eaton+'s Gravatar Re: the loan for the house and why didn't the priest just ask the vestry for the money if they had "that much money"? I'm not going to go looking, but some dioceses have canons prohibiting clergy asking for and/or receiving loans from the congregation itself. This is one of the sticking point in the Don Armstrong ecclesiastical trial. Another thing, that $200,000 may be restricted for certain purposes, and being a corpus for personal loans is not part of the deal.

Harris Willman's Gravatar At 29:00 you say that if there is NOT a north/south split, over time the orthodox presence in TEC will simply fizzle out. Hopefully the remaining orthodox will soon see that TEC is no longer a christian organization and leave, but if not, the denomination is on a fast track to extinction anyway. With an average age over 70 yrs and absolutly no chance of drawing new younger members because there is NO GOSPEL meaasge. All they offer is "come as you are and stay as you are". Without true repentence and faith in a God who will NOT leave you where you are, why bother getting up on Sunday mornings? TEC still claims 2.5 M as members, but how many of those are now dead or left for other denominations? It is over for TEC...the only question is how will the remaining bishops devide up the property and $.

1) Who is the true heah of ECUSA? The ABC or PB KJS?

2)Was the Winsor Report REQUST or DEMANDS?

3)Since over 33% of the operating expences of the AC comes from ECUSA, if it is no longer associated with the AC, what plans does the AC have to make up the difference? Are those who are compalinging the most about the way that ECUSA is following the ways that the Holy Trinity is guiding it going to make up the difference?

4) How come the African-Americans seem to be siding with ECUSA, but the Africans aren't? Can you name one Black ECUSA Bishop or congregation that is waving the Orthodox Flag? In Fact, can you name one Ethnic congregation (Non-White) that is waving the Orthodox flag?

5) What do you think will happen if the House of Bishops say that they will kiss the rear of the rest of the communion, but the House of Deputies says that they reject what the communion has to say?
