Interview with Fr. Kroeger of St John's Anglican (San Diego)

<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;"><a target="_blank" href="http://www.stjohnsfallbrook.com./">St. John&rsquo;s Anglican</a> is in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Fallbrook</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">California</st1:state></st1:place>.&nbsp; The congregation voted in July of 2006 to move under the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.anglicancommunion.org/tour/diocese.cfm?Idind=595&amp;view=alpha">Bishop of Luwero</a> in the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.anglicancommunion.org/tour/province.cfm?ID=U1&amp;view=alpha">Province of Uganda</a> (copy of initial press release <a target="_blank" href="http://titusonenine.classicalanglican.net/?p=14261">here</a>).&nbsp; The <a target="_blank" href="http://www.edsd.org/">Episcopal Diocese of San Diego</a> brought a lawsuit in September of 2006 against <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">St. John&rsquo;s</st1:place></st1:city> to claim the property&mdash;see more info <a target="_blank" href="http://www.anglican-mainstream.net/?p=745">here </a>and <a target="_blank" href="http://www.livingchurch.org/publishertlc/viewarticle.asp?ID=2515">here</a>.&nbsp; In November, a San Diego Superior Court judge ruled <a target="_blank" href="http://www.virtueonline.org/portal/modules/news/article.php?storyid=4999">against the Diocese</a> and in favor of <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">St. John&rsquo;s</st1:place></st1:city>.&nbsp; This AnglicanTV interview was done a few weeks after that ruling and right after the <a target="_blank" href="http://sanjoaquin.anglican.org/">Diocese of San Joaquin</a> convention, which Fr. Kroeger attended.&nbsp; The Diocese of San Diego then tried to revive its lawsuit and <a target="_blank" href="http://titusonenine.classicalanglican.net/?p=17513">this was denied</a> as well on February 1, 2007, by the same Superior Court judge.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><o:p></o:p></p>
