Interview Bishop Frank Lyons (Bishop of Bolivia)

Interview with the Rt. Revd. Frank Lyons, Anglican Bishop of Bolivia

Bishop Lyons is in the San Diego area from January 21 - 31 to visit Anglican churches under his oversight, as well as those under the Most Revd. Gregory Venables, Bishop of Argentina and Presiding Bishop of the Southern Cone.  Articles about his visit to San Diego appeared in the San Diego Union Tribune here(including reaction by Bishop Mathes) and here, and in the North County Times.  And here is an article about his visit to Chicago in 2006.

Lyons will visit six Anglican congregations in San Diego:

  *  Church of the Resurrection San Marcos (Argentina)

  *  Holy Family Vista (new church plant supported by St. Anne’s Oceanside)

  *  Holy Faith Bonita

Other churches in San Diego that have left the Diocese of San Diego recently are St. John’s Fallbrook (Uganda),  Holy Trinity San Diego (Southern Cone), and Alpine Anglican Church of the Blessed Trinity (APA) (new name of group that had been with Christ the King Alpine).
