Alan's Gravatar Thanks for posting that. I could not help but compare it
with the discussion I had with the woman who was Senior
Warden of the final TEC church I attended. While outwardly
orthodox, I could not help but note that nothing was ever
said from the pulpit or the Vestry, concerning the events
in TEC. When asked about this, I was told, rather
forcefully, that a decision had been made not to concern
the parishoners with what was rather unimportant church
politics. I asked why she did not concider it her duty to
at least inform members about the RCRC, and was told it
would just "stir things up."

Bless people like Judith Lown! There are more than a few
like her in my new church

BettyLee Payne's Gravatar Thank you Anglican TV for letting us share in the journey of a faithful, grace-filled lay woman. Her thankful heart for the prayers of strangers touched my heart. As one who is starting over in a new Anglican church plant, I relate to all the challenges that she and the people of Resurrection are facing. But, with God's help, we are building something good and true and faithful and that makes it all pure joy.
